Previous Experience | Some prior map reading knowledge is essential plus outdoor experience and some fitness of hill walking or paddling. Participants should have confidence in the skills required to at least Level 1 in at least open moorland, forests, open countryside and hills.

Course Itinerary | This course combines all of the elements in Levels 1 – 3 together – along with a more in depth look at weather forecasting in the mountains, mountain safety, emergency evacuation – all in a 5 day package.
